January is the month everyone attempts a health kit along with some new year new me bullshit. Let's face it, we all say it, the start of the year is the best time to set some goals, some people stick to those and some people forget come February. I think its good to always be working towards something and for the majority of us it's usually healthy eating and more exercise which I still haven't hacked myself.
